The College provides ample opportunities to develop talents in different forms of art. In addition to the activities of the Fine Arts Association, students are encouraged to take part in competitions held outside the campus. Inter-collegiate competitions are held on campus and these help in increasing understanding and co-operation. Cultural activities also form an integral part of the Campus Diversity Initiative, a project financed by the Ford Foundation, New York. Some of our recent achievements are:
Won the B-zone championship in the Calicut University B-zone Arts Festivals in 1999-2000, 2000-01,2001-02 and 2002-03. The college showed its calibre both on stage and off-stage.
Won the Inter-Zone Arts Festival of Calicut University for the first time in the history of the college in year 1999-2000 and retained it in 2000-01, 2001-02, and 2002-03.
The college has an excellent auditorium named the Yusuf Sagar Hall as well as an Open Air Theatre to hold functions.
